Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for Delta's marketing flywheel and own the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats for the agency, focusing on our promotional product services. Your goal is singular and will be the heart of our business to help us generate demand for our products and services and convert visitors into leads.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Contribute to a strong content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, ebooks, guides, lookbooks, etc.).
  • Actively collaborate with leadership members, designers, sales, and external influencers to produce relevant content.
  • Research and curate promotional products, swag, and branded merch from our suppliers for blog articles, website updates, ebooks, lookbooks, etc.
  • Write and publish three or more new blog articles per week.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Create premium content, including lookbooks, guides, and more.
  • Support the SEO efforts for DMG’s website and content.
  • Publish content on the agency’s social media channels for community engagement and long-term content promotion.
  • Perform website updates and enhancements (e.g., homepage updates, product collections, new pages, and calls-to-action placement).
  • Audit and optimize blog content monthly.
  • Measure and report results to leadership on analytics for all content marketing efforts.
  • Become a HubSpot champion.
  • Prioritize professional development and continued education in relevant areas.


  • 2+ years of full-time experience creating and executing content marketing.
  • BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communications field.
  • Impeccable writing and editorial skills with an outstanding command of the English language.
  • A strong writing portfolio.
  • An understanding of common editorial style guides.
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts for content.
  • Experience with SEO platforms such as SEM Rush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • A passion for telling a story using words, images, or audio and understanding how to create content that draws an audience.
  • The ability to think like an educator; intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
  • Clear articulation of the goal behind creating a piece (or series) of content.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Familiarity with principles of Inbound
  • Marketing and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Be self-motivated, self-aware, self-disciplined, and self-improving, and use good judgment, positive energy, and a willingness to help others.
  • A love of merch, swag, and apparel

Location: This is a Burlington, Vermont-based position, but this position has the option to be remote within the ET and CT time zones.
