Standard production time is approximately 5-7 working days. However, some items can take up to 35 working days. If you need something sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Of course! Any item that costs less than $10 is free, but there will be a shipping fee. For items that cost more than $10, you can contact a Brand Consultant to find out the price. Samples will either be blank or have a generic imprint.
All promotional item orders require your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .psd) art or high-resolution PDFs to make sure your imprint looks perfect. If you do not have the correct type of file, send us what you have. Our design team will be happy to advise you on the best decoration methods and how to recreate your artwork! Basic art recreations are free.
