Delta Marketing Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow current accounts and nurture inbound leads into customers. Position overview:

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process. Responsible for supporting and managing a diverse range of existing accounts and growing sales in your existing accounts. Accountable for managing and nurturing Inbound leads into new customers.

In this role you will:

  • Grow business within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively increase sales by reactivating previous customers within assigned accounts.
  • Respond and manage assigned inbound leads resulting in new business.
  • Responsible for sourcing products, quoting, and presentations resulting in client purchases.
  • Work in tandem with suppliers, art department, production, accounting, etc. to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.
  • Manage contacts, all communication and sales Pipeline within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Be genuine and transparent. Despite our best efforts, sometimes things go wrong and we have to embrace that inevitability.
  • Be proactive with your clients. Show them you really care by keeping an eye out for their aesthetic/brand and proactively send them ideas, virtual, and samples.
  • Have a keen eye for the latest trends, fashion, and up-and-coming retail brands.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of support personnel as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of experience selling promotional products.
  • Driven, innovative sales pro with a proven track record.
  • You possess foundational sales knowledge and understand the sales process, key terminology, and how to close a sale.
  • You love promotional products, merch swag, and apparel.
  • You’re NOT an order taker.
  • Amazing communication skills, outstanding writing skills, and superb listening skills.
  • You understand the importance of a discovery call and know how to run one successfully.
  • The phone is your friend.
  • You are organized and efficient and write clean orders.
  • Manages time effectively.
  • An innate, curious drive to solve problems.
  • Tenacious ability to hit deadlines and meet commitments.
  • You are proficient in web-based applications, Gsuite, HubSpot, Facilis, etc.
  • Have the willingness to learn new sales techniques and apply them.
  • Driven to reach your goals.
  • A positive attitude in everything you do.

Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 based on sales performance
