Position overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for growing sales within current accounts, strengthening relationships, and working with sales-ready Inbound leads, turning them into customers.

Your day-to-day includes sourcing products and creating high-quality Presentations and Sales Orders resulting in client purchases. In addition, you work in tandem with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts.
  • Expand sales within current accounts.
  • Manage and respond to assigned inbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule consultative calls to nurture clients and prospects
  • Source products and deliver Presentations and Sales Orders resulting in client purchases.
  • Work in tandem with suppliers, art department, and production to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.
  • Be proactive with your clients by providing helpful content, resources, and inspiration.
  • Participate in ongoing sales enablement training and education.
  • Effectively manage your contact database, leads, and customer outreach.

About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience selling promotional products.
  • You have defined goals and are ready to achieve them.
  • You can demonstrate a deep skillset within the consultative inside sales processes, successfully grow relationships, and achieve sales goals.
  • You're concise and specific in your verbal communication with prospects and clients.
  • You are passionate about the promotional products industry.
  • A fast learner, self-starter, a can-doer, a go-getter.
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, ready to take action, use good judgment, and willing to help others.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
  • Excellent communication skills, outstanding writing skills, and superb listening skills.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications. 
  • Attention to detail and expert organizational skills.
