Position overview:

The Junior Designer will work closely with multiple agency departments, including Brand Activation, Digital Producers, Lead Creative, and other groups, to ensure the highest quality work is produced.

Your primary responsibility is working directly with our Brand Activation team creating virtual samples, designs, and finished production artwork for promotional products and logo apparel. Working with the digital team creating digital assets for websites, campaigns, blog images, interactive content, or working to create landing pages, ads, and experiences for social media is an integral part of your day and growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with our Brand Activation team creating virtual samples, designs, and finished production artwork for promotional products and logo apparel.
  • Produce supporting digital graphics, images, landing pages, CTAs, eBooks, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital templates, etc., for clients and the agency.
  • Be responsible for print collateral production artwork.
  • Support the agency’s marketing with product photography and video.
  • Produce traditional marketing assets (ex: brand and promotional graphics, logos, identity design, sales and marketing presentations, collateral, and print).
  • Adhere to production schedules and work under tight deadlines.

  • 1-3 years of work experience in graphic design, and/or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX.
  • Proven ability to uphold brand and style guidelines. (Experience working for major brands is a plus.)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (Most importantly: Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus).
  • A link to your portfolio containing completed professional examples of digital and print design.
