In 2019, VHV Company found themselves facing a new challenge: finding high quality talent to replace aging employees and grow into new business in a small, saturated workforce.
Through discovery of their existing hiring process, we identified new media for the company to utilize to expand their audience online and in print.
In the comprehensive campaign displayed above, we grew the information on the website from just a list of available jobs, to show the company culture, training and professional development opportunities as well as interactive career guides and infographics to help interested candidates make the decision to apply. Resourceful blog posts were published and promoted on social media to engage with a wider audience organically.
We also designed pamphlets to be distributed to local high schools and tech schools, a direct mail campaign, ran digital ad campaigns, and created landing pages optimized to drive conversions for candidates finding their website from advertising channels.
