Position overview:

The Jr Graphic Designer works closely with the sales team, the Creative Lead, our content team, and is involved in design and development across everything we do as a marketing team.

Whether it is supporting our sales team with virtual samples and finished artwork for promotional products or working with the digital team creating digital assets for websites, campaigns, blog images, interactive content or working to create landing pages, ads, and experiences for social media you’ll bring your insights and skill to bear on it all.

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with our sales team creating virtual samples, designs, and finished production artwork for promotional products and logo apparel.
  • Take digital concepts, website design, paid advertising, social media assets, digital media from idea to design and through implementation.
  • Be responsible for print collateral production artwork.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ideate, plan and execute on digital projects taking a user-centered design approach, rapidly test, and iterate your designs.

A good candidate will have:

  • An excellent sense of current design trends.
  • Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An energetic, engaged, collaborative and productive work style.
  • A passion for best practices for digital media.
  • Great typography/layout/composition skills.
  • An understanding of what makes great UX websites great (or are eager to learn)
  • A solid ability with all Adobe Creative Suite programs (extra credit for Premier, AfterEffects).
  • A link to your portfolio containing completed professional examples of digital and print design.
