Position overview:

This is a Burlington VT based position

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process. Responsible for supporting and managing a diverse range of existing house-accounts and expanding our existing customer base. Accountable for managing and nurturing Inbound leads into new customers primarily through online chat.

Responsible for producing pricing information, quotes, and creative, high-quality presentations resulting in client purchases and strengthens client relationships. Works in tandem with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for managing current accounts and increasing sales volume by reactivating previous customers and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Responsible for sourcing products, quotes, and presentations resulting in client purchases.
  • Work in tandem with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.
  • Achieve sales goals and margin objectives as outlined in the sales plan.
  • Grow sales within assigned accounts.
  • Actively market to your assigned accounts.
  • Manage online chat conversations with active leads.
  • Provide product solutions and up-sell opportunities to increase customer revenue
  • Contribute to group problem-solving and strategy meetings with the account team.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of support personnel as required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience with business-to-business inside sales, preferably within the promotional products industry

  • Excellent presentation skills
